I didn't hold much hope of finding the document as my Busch files have been sitting in a drawer neglected for over a year. But the first file I put my hands on had the death certificte that you are looking for! So, if you want to leave your e mail address then I can get your address to send it to you. The death certificate is not an original copy, as I think I may have sent that to Eileen, who also contacted you today.
