My Gr-grandfather Henry Busch was married to a Magdelena Miedel in Germany. They immigrated in 1882 to the Pittsburg area. On thier children's baptism records it list a Frank Meidel in 1883 and a John Busch in 1885, both as godparents. I know this is a longshot , but was intrigued by the similarities in names.
