Sharon At this time I can only say that if your gg-grandfather came from Alsace we are in the same ballpark. We only have to see what row he was sitting in. This seems to be very close to a connection but it is going to be hard to do because my Busch's went to Austria/Hungary and yours cameover here earlier. I am a first generation American as my father and mother came over here in 1922 and 1910 respectively. I will tell you that when my father came over here he did live in St. Paul, Mn for quite a while. He loved this town and he did have relatives from his town (Zichydorf) already living there. In your research if you ever come across and Leonhard Busch/Pusch and a Ollinger surname, please let me know. I I come across anyone who might be connected to you, I will contact you. I have looked for a couple of years for my gg grandfather Henry Busch/Bush, born about 1820 and coming from Alsace. He married Sophia Larmer from Prussia. They lived in Minnesota. Henry died in Red Lake Falls in 1890 and Sophie died in Montana in 1933. If any of this sounds familiar, I would like to hear about it. At least I can look for the Pusch name also. I'm looking for the the birth date of my gggrandmother also the date she died. She was married to a Johann Julius Abraham Schaaf on July 10, 1857. Her mother was Johanna Maria Hoeller & Father was Friedrich Busch. I was told somewhere near Solingen, Germany. But we don't know where. If anyone has more information I would appreciate it. Thanks.
