There are two Francis Owens. The son born late '30s or early 40's in in either New Mexico or Colorado. The father born 1903 in New Mexico and the grandfather, Francis J. Busch born 1870 in Utah. The father of Francis J. was born in Missouri according to the 1920 census of Montezuma co., Colorado. Francis Owen (Jr.) is married to a Laurel Black, Francis Owen (Sr.) married to Altha May Mulnix & Francis J. married to Mary E. Willing to share what little info I have.
