Looking for any Busch connections to this area, 1700-1850 Hieronymus Busch-Maria Catarina Frei-Frey, Johann Paul Busch-Veronika Rude-Ruedel.

My gr-grandfather Heinrich/Henry Busch (b.1849), along with his two sons Carl/Charles (b. 1875) and Johann/John (b. 1877) and new wife Madglena Meidel Busch (age 19) immigrated to Pennsylvania in 1881 from Mulhausen, Prussia. I am trying to find out which Mulhausen he is from. There are about 17 Mulhausens in Germany plus the big one on the border in Alsace.

Coincidentally, I have a Johann Heinrich Friedrich BUSCH, b. Germany, d. Victoria, AUS. He and his wife, H Anna L BUSCH (nee MEYER) had one child that I know of, Anna Luise Conradine BUSCH (b. Hamburg, GER c. 1841). A.L.C. BUSCH married Rudolph Maximillian BUSTORFF in Melbourne, VIC, AUS in 1862 and she died in Melbourne in 1917. She and Max BUSTORFF had three children. If there is any connection, I would be interested to hear. It is extremely interesting from a history point of view, even if one has no interest in the Busch genealogy. However I have an Abraham b. ca 1799, but he had a son Henry and all of his sons had a Henry. About your query - I have a copy of the family tree of the Anheuser-Busch people copied from the book called "Under the Influence" an Unauthorized Biography of the Anheuser-Busch Dynasty by Peter Hernon. There is a Henry born 1817 - being one of 15 children. His parents, according to this chart were Ulrich Busch 1779 -1852 & Barbara Pfeiffer 1792 - 1844. This was Ulrich's second marriage. There were 7 children from the first marriage. Copy of chart can be sent to you.

He came to Buffalo New York around 1861 and thence to Hensall Ontario Canada where he died in 1917. What I can't determine is what siblings he had and who his parents were. I have a suspicion that his birth date could have actually been 1817 and that he could have been the eldest brother of Adophus Busch of the beer fame but can't prove it. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
