I came across this note in my Cox file, sorry, but I don't have a clue as to how I came by it. Sometime ago someone was looking for a Elizabeth Busby, it could help someone. Isham M. Cox was born about 1776 in Bladen co., N.C. and died after 1837 in Rhea co., Tn. He married Elizabeth Busby about 1800 in Robeson co., N.C. She was born about 1780. I would like even five minutes with John Washington Busbee, b 1834, Ga. After 25 yrs. of searching I am sure it is the only way we will ever find his parents.
