I saw two different explanations, one that said she married Moses Shinn then Samuel Busby. Another had it the other way around. Do you have any idea how old Samuel was when they got married? He died right away. He could have married Esther because Moses Shinn dumped her. Maybe she cheated on Moses with Samuel. Or maybe she cheated on Moses with somebody else, and old Samuel Busby married her to give the child a name. (Seems like John H. Busby could be anybody's son.) I only saw one Samuel that nobody referred you to yet, and that was Samuel Busby, son of Joseph Busby in "Conquest," wherever that may be. She died on 1 Oct 1823 in Shinnston, Harrison Co., (W.) Va.. She was buried in Old Shinn Cemetery, near Pine Bluff, Harrison Co., W. Va..
