No I think this is Miles Busbee son of Benjamin Busbee who died in 1815. Susannah could have been Miles stepmother or perhaps a sister. For whatever reason Benjamin only mentioned three sons and no daughters, although we feel he may have had more children. Perhaps, if a child married he gave them their "portion" leaving just the last three sons to be named in his will and inherit. Some one mailed this to me and I wondered who or I could have found it on one of my excursions to South Carolina. Does anyone live in South Carolina? I am the daughter of David Wyman Busby b 25 April 1921 Pelion, SC d 9 Aug 2002 He was the son of James Albert Busbee b 09 May 1879 d 20 Feb 1965 (New Hope Baptist Church, Pelion) and Leila Maybelle YONCE b 07 March 1883 d 20 Sept 1956 (New Hope Bapt Ch, Pelion) JAB was the son of James Carson Busbee b 14 Dec 1854 d 18 June 1950 (Gaston Bapt Ch, Gaston) and g son of James L Busbee ca 1829 killed CSA. Leila was the dau of David Preston Yonce b 11 Nov 1851 d 04 Aug 1929 (New Hope Bapt Pelion) and g dau of John Yonce ca 1800 d 1854 and g dau of Sarah "Sallie" Huiet b ca 1807 d 1879 Somewhere I have a huge silver grey book that a gentleman from Florida wrote on my Yonce family.
