Are they the same man or three different men or two different men? Kathy Stickney has given us some good food for thought about William Reese and Reese not being the same person. I must say that William Reese was called Reese so I felt it was one person but now we have to show more evidence for the theory in either direction. The naming in the Busby family was fascinating and there are some Hartley's that married into the family and the Busby names like Seaborn & Parmelia pop out at you. Kathy Stickney maybe you could share those names with the list. William Reese Busby may have gone to Tenn but was in Bibb County by 1826 and died there circa 1845. I have William Reese's birth from the census as between 1775- 1780. Barbara,- did you find that old Busby photo ? My cousins did say their Dad told them we had Indian in the family but its another matter to find it. We have to keep looking. Are there Tax records available in Edgefield District, SC? Can we see the first time that Reese paid taxes, that might help us determine how old he was. Thanks Gaila
