Hi Sandra, The CD I told you about is a compilation of Buzz's old 45s that were remastered and placed on CD. The albums we made were in the early to mid 1980s and are all out of print. When they are re-released on CDs, I will let you know. I forgot to tell you that Buzz was inducted into the Louisiana Hayride Bluegrass Hall of fame in March of 2003 and I was asked to be there to accept the award for the family. It was very interesting in that Eddie Stubbs, "The Voice of the Friday night Grand Ole Opry," presented me with the award. Eddie Stubbs was one of my former students and the student council president where I was the principal in Gaithersburg, MD. Eddie and I have remained good friends ever since. As a matter of fact three of the Johnson Mountain Boys bluegrass group, one of which was Eddie, were my students at Gaithersburg and they credit me with getting started. I suppose you know that Buzz was considered one of the five best bluegrass mandolin players in the world during the last half century. His achievements are included in a booklet included in the new CD. Keep on picking, you"ll eventually get the hang of it. After awhile the tips of you fingers will develop a protective callous and they want hurt anymore if you practice at least 15 or 20 minutes every day. Cousin Wayne
