I got to thinking which is scary but anyway how many others of y`all have people in your families that make music, my granddaddy played the quitar I know that some of his brothers families were very good singers some were in gospel quartets, didn`t get to me though{:> evidently Allen had children with alot of music talent. My father played the "fiddle" and harmonica and had never had music lessons. Sacred Harp (4-shaped note singing) has been part of my life for years and was 'handed down' from my grandparents. So, yes, music and singing have always been a part of my family heritage.
