My great-aunt, Inda Belle BUSBY Wills, (MI> TX-Houston, Kerrville) played piano by ear. As a kid, she would play any tune I asked her to play. If she didn't know the song, I would hum it for her. She had 2 sisters who couldn't dance or carry a tune! As far as I know, she was the only musically talented person in my BUSBY line.
