Looking to contact anyone researching the above Matthew Busby. Parents said to be John Busby and Margaret Patterson of VA but can not prove. Married the above Saluda Tinsley in 1803 Amherst Co VA. Moved to Adair Co KY ca 1810 or so. Matthew and Saluda are my GGG g-parents. Surnames connected to this Busby family include:  Banks, Campbell, Drake, Evans, Fair, Graves, Green, Guy, Hardwick, Jones, Jones, Judd, Parrott, Seeley, Sharp, Schultz, Sweeney, Thomas, Tucker and Winfrey. Most of these connections occured in and around Adair, Barren, Casey, Graves, Green, Lincoln, Mercer, Russell, Warren, Washington Counties KY and Carroll Co, Missouri, ca 1810-1870's. Have lots of info on Matthew's children but nothing on his unknown siblings and little on his supposed parents. I'm also especially interested in learning more about  the Robert Busby, veteran of the Rev War, who was living in Adair Co, KY in 1833. I believe that there is some kind of connection between Robert Busby and my Matthew Busby. Thanks, Paula
