mj busby22, Were any of your Busbys in VA in the late 1700's, maybe 1770-1800's? My Matthew Busby married into the Tinsley family of Amherst Co VA in 1803 and I figure he probably lived in VA back then. However, since I don't know who Matthew's parents were and since those early census records only give names for head of household, I am unable to learn more. I do know that Matthew moved his family to Adair Co KY around 1810-1815 where he raised his children and where he died ca 1846. Other than that, I have very little more. I do have info on his family and those families associated with them while in KY. If anyone can offer help, it would be greatly appreciated. Paula
