My name is Merkel Walters, related to the Turner family of Copperas Cove, in Coryell County 1880s Is there any connection here? My Grandfather William Ernest (Bill) Walters first wife (my grandmother) was July Turner who died abt 1898 with a severe headache whie fishing (camping) along a local creek. She was fairly young in her late twenties or early thirties, dob unk but her first son was mt father who was b. in Sep 1888 and was abt 10 yrs old at her death. I know this is a long shot, but I have tried all else and no luck...excuse please, but you understand? THANKS!
