He married Ida Bell Brooks in Ga. They had four childern that I know of, Mary Ella, James, Ollie and my dad Robert. I have been able to find info on the Brooks side but no luck with the Busby side. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Hope to hear something soon. Thanks, Robert Busby Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. are you sure he wasn't born the 5 Oct 1891. Because this is what his WW1 draft registration states. It also states that he was born in Claborn, Alabama. If this is him his father was James E. Busby. I have that he died in Walker, Georga on 23 Dec 1972. I'd have to look into this some more to find out who the mom was because James is a widow in 1910 federal census. in the 1920 census Floyd is living with his sisters. in 1930 he is listed with his wife Ida and children your Robert Busby?is 1.
