Lucinda may be Lucinda Bromley; Father Samuel on same census page. Franklin and Lucinda have 6 children Living next to Franklin and family is Balaam Busby 28 b. KY. His wife is Catherine Bromley. This Balaam is the son of Balaam BUZBEE & Nancy Allphin. Balaam Sr b. 1790 SC. is in 1850 census of Adams Co. IL. Suspect Franklin maybe brother to Balaam. Appreciate any help.
