I can only go back as far as Thomas Busby who was born in Tennesse year about 1843. The Lane family that John Thomas married into were from Blandville, Ballard county,Kentcky. I can go back on the Lane side quite a ways. I wonder if Matthew had a brother that my side came from. Do you have Matthew's brothers names?
