I believe that my line descends from Matthew but I have nothing about him before he married in 1803. Sure wish I knew exactly where my Matthew was born and could prove the relationship between him and John, but so far, I can't. I only know that Matthew left Amherst Co Va with his wife and family ca 1815 and settled in Adair Co, KY on the Green River. There he lived out his life and died ca 1846.
