William R. (Bill), I am looking for info. on Bill and Henry Busby of MS. They had a half brother, Vernon Edward (Fred), he had tatoos on his arms and one star tatoo on the back of his hand. Vernon was born November 24, 1903 in Florala, Alabama. Bill or Henry had a mentally imparied daughter. This is all the info. I have ,could there be a connection? thanks, Joyce
