What is interesting is that my Tempie Busby (not proved)Howard has a grandson called Tillman Howard. We don't know which Busby may have been her father. Gaila William Tillman Busbee is the son of William Busbee b 1827 Orangeburgh Dist SC d 17 Dec 1862 near Richmond VA during CW (Civil War Records) and Jerusha Garvin b 05 Apr 1823 Lexington Co SC d 30 Oct 1909 Wagener Aiken Co SC. He married Florence Ella Holman. Known children William Judson, Lucius Wesley, Olin Dantzler, Marie Tilman, Myrtle Eugenia, Carl Leon. William Rembert, Cyril B., Ted TilmanMargie Frances, Edward Smith, and Jimmy Carl Dantzler are the children of William Judson Busbee. 1900 census shows Jerusha living with Willam Tillman. Jersusha also signed a deed for William Tillman and heirs Book G, pp 346-348 Aiken Co SC known as the W. M. Busbee Plantation.
