Thank you for your offer to do look ups: Linda Jane Busbee was born at Arkadelphia, Alabama. She married William Isaiah Allen who died November 1863 in the Civil War at Lookout Mountain. He was born Mississippi Territory 1839. They had two children - James (Jim) Marion Allen b. 1861 and Mary Elizabeth Allen b. 1862 Linda Jane Busbee had a nervous break down after William Isaiah Allen died. Some of her people came and got her. The children remained with the Allen family and it seems that they never saw their mother again. Any information you might find on Linda Jane would be much appreciated.
