Jeff, Your Thomas along with the John sounds like mine for sure. My John was born in 1795/96 in NC,but his first wife was Eveline Sims,second wife,Hannah Surratt(my ggreatgrandmother). When I get the chance,I'll send you the info I have on him and the family. I did meet back in 1996,some of John's and Eveline's children in alabama at church back there.I never knew them until then.I know they live at Grant Mountain in Jackson county Alabama,their last name is Wooten,could be one of my Wooten cousins that I don't know. I'll be back with you later sometime next week.In the meantime,there is a death in our family who is a Wooten,died this morning at 3 AM. Glenda
