Busby, born Feb 1, 1832 in KY. died July 8, 1885, he is buried in Greencastle Cemetery, Putnam Co., IN. He was married to Sarah Ann Cowgill on 10-13-1861, Putnam Co., IN. Three children: 1. Emma April 30. 1866, Married Oct 21, 1884, Putnam Co., IN died May 15, 1931. Married to Orlando John Gorham. 2. George S. Busby born July 17. 1869, Putnam Co., IN. died Dec 28, 1935 in Bainbridge, Putnam Co., IN. Married to Lillie M. Brown on Dec 2, 1897. 3. (my line) Mary Frances Busby born Nov 9, 1875 in Putnam Co., IN. died Oct 15, 1950. Married to Daniel Vorhees Gardner on July 28, 1895. Robert Busby's parents Hiram Busby and Nancy Rice.
