Not sure what it is myself. I do know that Illinois has put most of their public records online (URL posted on homepage under Web Links). Maybe IOWA is going to do the same I hope. Lonna it is good you let us know, hoax or not, this way we can check it out. We already have too many states with closed records which sure makes it hard to do research.
