    3. Hello I know from my records, that almost any spelling that would be said Busby would be related to this clan. Spelling as we know it was not standardized until the 1850's or so. At this time, many didn't read or write. Howard, thanks for that reminder about William Reese. As that Benjamin Busby is his father, do you believe as the paper said, he as over 100 years old? Does anyone have any idea of the relationship between Nathaniel and Charity Busby of Fairfield County and Benjamin and Susannah Busby of Lexingtom/Orangeburgh Co, SC. Nathaniel died about 1809 and Benjamin died in 1815.
