Hello Listers, I'm looling for more information on (Rev.) Elijah Busbey, who married Mary E. Hite about 1765, place unknown. Was their daughter Elizabeth Hite Busbey, who married John Wheeler Meredith Rev. War soldier from Delaware on 16 April 1793 in Hampshire Co., VA, now WVA? One source said that Mary E. Hite was twice widowed, so it may be that she outlived Rev. Busbey, as well as a first husband. I am a descendant of John Meredith and Elizabeth Hite Busbey and am anxious to make the connection to Elijah Busbey and Mary Hite if possible. Thanks, Patsy
