Campbell Co, TN Tax List, 1838-1839 Campbell Co Tax List "1838", 1st District James Burriss 89 Acres of school Lands (lands held by Land Entry or Grants Value of Land $200 Anderson Co, TN Tax Records, District 6, 1840 Silas A Burras 1 Poll *** James A Burress 1 Poll Anderson Co, TN Tax Records, District 6, 1841 Silas Burress 1 Poll James A Burress 1 Poll Anderson Co, TN Tax Records, District 6, 1842 Silas Burras 1 Poll In the book: "A Promise of Good Things, Longfield Baptist Church 1831, 1981," by Edith Wilson Hutton James Burris: Reception by experience: April 1842; Dismission by letter: Feb 1846.
