I have books on some raider outfits and some cavalry, but they talk about the big names: Stuart, Mosby, etc. Have any of you tried looking up the history of the Texas Rangers? If I remember right, the current Rangers are 'descended' from the Rangers of the Civil War. And, I think the Rangers were around before the Civil War. Niki
