My husbands g grandfather is: Walter L. BURRIS, b.ca.1883 TX or I.T. He m. 5 Mar, 1903 Cumberland, Chickasaw, I.T. He m. Willie May ABLES and they raised all their children in Indian Territory.... Is this any relation to your Walter?? We have been having the darndest time trying to find his parents names.... Supposedly he helped build Ft. Knox and then died of the deadly flu ca.1919...... We have little other data on him and any clue or connection would help us a lot..
