My husband's g grandfather is Walter L. BURRIS, b.ca.1883, I.T. or TX. He m. 5 Mar 1903 Cumberland, I.T. to Willie May ABLES and they brought up 5 children in this Chickasaw Nation. = Rosalie, Calvin J., Mable Juanita(my husband's grandmother), John Paul, Mary Maxine. Walter however dies of the deadly flu ca.1919. We know very little about him and been working on finding ANY data on him for years now. I have no idea of his parents names or if he had bros and sisters. Family hearsay says he helped build the Gold Depository in Ft. Knox, but i have not found any data to support that yet. His widowed wife married (2) J.W. PLUNKETT 10 Aug 1919 and they moved to TX. I hope i can find any data referring to the children i listed about and hope their descendants may know some family history or know the names of Walter's parents.....
