Hi, I see many writing to the list requesting information. Does anyone have any information on a William Burris, who was probably born in Virginia, about 1802 and married Catherine Trout in 1827 in Bellaire, Belmont County, Ohio. I believe that William Burris father to be a James Burris and Catherine Trout's father was John Trout They had 9 children : Margaret, Sarah, Sylvester, Jacob, James, Elizabeth, Cynthia, Catherine, and Mary. I find census information on them but have been unsuccessful in finding any information as to families of the children or the parents of William and Catherine.
