Hi Betty, I think your cousin may have found the Burns in Howell County, MO. There are were some Burns in Willow Springs, Howell Co. MO. He was a undertaker I believe. My husband who is now dead told me about some Burns that lived in Willow Springs. He was from there. Otherwise I don't have any information but maybe this little will help you Good Luck Lorene
