I am looking for information on Levi Burns dob 12-29-1805, born in Trumbull co, Ohio, married Sarah Swarts there about 1836-40. Believe that his fathers name was John. So far I've not been able to obtain and ifo on this family. Do these names sound familiar to anyone? Jackie

Have you checked with the Warren-Trumbull County library (Local History and Geneology) to see what might be available? E-mail me personally and I will give you their e-mail address and contact person. Have you researched the family of Andrew and Catherine Burns of Trumbull Cty? I believe I have a copy of their children from Andrews will, I will look through my huge pile of notes and see what I can find. The name Levi does ring a bell. I, too, have Burns' who were in Trumbull County. There are several neighboring counties where they lived also (Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake) so it makes it difficult to pin down who belonged to who.
