    3. Hi John, My great grandfather was Michael Burns. His wife was Ellen (Connolly) Michael was born in Port Carbon Pa. about 1838. I have an intent of citizenship filed by a Patrick Burns . Patrick came to Pottsville Pa( Schuylkill Co.) from Belfast Ireland . The intent for citizenship is dated 1852. I am not sure ( still trying to prove that Patrick is my Michaels father) .I also have a copy of a will of this Patrick Burns filed in the town of Ashland Pa( Schuylkill). He mentions a nephew John, Wife Ann,son Michael ( maybe my great grandfather)& daughter Mary Ann. If you or anyone reading this thinks there might be a connection please let me know Ellen ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Lipka" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, February 12, 2001 4:14 PM Subject: [BURNS] patrick burns > Does anybody know anything about a Patrick Burns who was born in 1835 and > was married to a woman named Ellen?
