Listers I am looking for any information on BURNS, Charles Herbert that resided in Waterloo, Black Hawk, Iowa. He married STONE, Margaret and had one child that I am aware of. He also was convicted of a very serious crime of murder and then later supposed to have moved on to Missouri after his release from prison. I have no dates on Charles but believe he was born around 1880. Any help that you might be able to give would be greatly appreciated. In advance thanks to one and all.
