    3. Hi Ellen: I'm going to butt in also - if you don't mind! The locations are fairly close so am taking a chance on this. My first finding of g.g.grandparents: 1850 census -John Burns m. Mary Ann Kelly 1848-1850 - Monroe Co., Coolbaugh Twp.PA with a baby, Francis (Frank/Franklin). John b. 1820 Ireland - don't know where- came to states abt. 1832-35. Don't know parents/family. d. 1872 Atlanta, Ill. Mary Ann Kelly b. 1820 Shannon, Ireland d. 1895 Atlanta, Ill. Children: Francis b. 1850 Monroe Co. Peter b. 1852 " " John K b. 1854 Atlanta, Ill. (my g.grandfather) d. 1902 Wash.DC Thomas b. 1856 " " Margaret (Maggie) 1860 " " Have been half way looking at Burns with the name Francis or Peter, thinking they named first or second born after his father and the other after hers. I don't know hers either What do you think? Schulykill isn't that far away I don't think. Marilyn - Fla.
