I too am at a dead end, Mathew J. Burns death cert says he was born in Indiana 4-18-1884. We think his father's name is John and came from Ireland as the 1920 census says both parents came from Ireland. he is listed in the Cicero Township with his wife Jessie, children Raymond 7, Reginald 6, Adeline 3, Earl 1 3/12. Census is vol 127, E.D. 47, sheet 11 line 51. Obituary says he had a brother William and two sisters, Irene and Elizabeth. He married Jessie Strokal in Chicago on January 12, 1911. She was born in Wisconsin and we were told she was adopted. Maybe on an Orphan Train? Hope someone can help. Thank you. Pat Burns
