He also had other children but have no information on them. William Burn (eldest son of Samuel). He married Margaret Puckrin on 3-22-1882 at St Mary's Parish. As of 1917, he retired and living in Whitby. They had 3 daughters and 1 son. On 9-29-1873 he enlisted in the 9th Lancers, at that time was stationed in York.
