Cleosophic and Eugiossian Societies at High School Indifferent. Action relative to the activity and maintenance of the two literary societies of the High school, the Eugiossian and Cleosophic, will be taken at a meeting of the faculty this afternoon, according to the announcement made to-day. A committee composed of the faculty members who at any time who have become members of either society will be intrusted with the power to either stimulate activities in these organizations during the coming year or to abandon them for the time being. Little interest other than the annual Interlude contest has been shown in the two organizations for the past year and it is probable, in the opinion of students, that little will be done until the school is moved into the new building where suitable facilities will be at hand for mass meetings and entertainments. The deportment and application of the students of the school will also come before the teachers this afternoon as this is the last week of the quarter, grade cards being distributed the first of next week. The completion of the sponsor lists and details relative to the making of the quarterly reports will compose the remaining business of the session. ==================== FROM THE MESSAGE BOARDS Surnames That Might Be of Interest Nothing of interest this week. ==================== You are receiving this newsletter because you have expressed an interest in the Berkheisers and their history.
