Berkheiser, 80, of 32 N. Third St., Saint Clair, who died Monday at the home of a daughter in Hamburg, will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Saint Clair. James H. Evans Funeral Home Inc., Saint Clair, is in charge of arrangements. Born in Saint Clair, Feb. 24, 1923, she was a daughter of the late J. Raymond and Emma Reed Geiger. She was a member of Primitive Methodist Church, Saint Clair, and Hamburg Fire Company Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur S., in 1999; two sisters, Evelyn Steranko and Mabel Kissinger; a brother, Charles Geiger. Surviving are two daughters, Jean M. Bowers, Hamburg, and Nancy Reedy, Pottsville; three sisters, Dorothy Botzer, Saint Clair, Rachel Jones, Indiana, and Gladys Kuperavage, Port Carbon; a brother, John "Jack" Geiger, Pottstown; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
