Has a sister Doris Sheets who died in Wheeling, WV in 1986. He also has a sister named Judy and a sister named Edna and a brother. He lived in Texas or maybe still does. I'm leaving a few details out as there has been a man who says he is Charles Donald Burkey, JR who has given intentional, erroneous information to his half sister.
