Albert Burkey is my great-great-grandfather. John B. Burkey is Albert's brother as of a 1880 census I found. I am looking for info on John "Honas" Burkey. It says he was born in Germany, but I believe that is where the last name switched. I found a 1880 census on John "Honas" Burkey and Clara. Any info on what our last name is in Germany?
