Peter's parents were Thomas Burke and Mary Crotty. Peter was b. 1844 in Limmerick Ireland, married Mary Joyce, b. 1845 in Ireland. Mary's parents were Michael Joyce and Mary Parker. Peter died Feb 1904, and Mary in 1883. Both are buried in St. Joseph's cemetery, Section SEP, Lost 17, Part N, Range 3. Peter and Mary had at least 7 children. George was one, born September 1880. He married Clary Bouvy, born 1882. They had 5 or 6 children. One was George Burke, who married Rose Fuchs. Her father, Sebastian, was from Germany. They had two children, my husband Lawrence Burke is one of them.
