He was born in the mid-1860's in Galway,Ireland. He immigrated to Pennsyvania in 1894? and married Mary Jane McCauley. They had a son named Thomas Joseph Burke(Seagrave)He then Divorced Mary and marrie Ella MacAndrews and lived and died in Hazelton,Luzerne,PA.
