Burke (1830, Illinois-after 1889, Texas) lived in Montague Co. as did her heirs Lydda A Bandy, wife of William H. Bandy; Amelia A. Richardson, wife of J. S. Richardson. Sons John Calvin Burke, George W. Burke, and Henry Tipton Burke lived in Grayson Co TX. M. Elizabeth Hays and husband John Charles Hays, Effie S. Stone and husband Paul H. Stone also lived in Grayson Co. TX. Daughter Lanie S. A. Ellis and husband W. D. Ellis lived in Indian Territory, 3rd Judicial District. The tract of land being sold was situated in Montague Co. being the north half of the west quarter section of Section No. one of the E. T. R.R. Co. survey.
