Anyone familiar with Samuel, John , or Nicholas Burk(e or s) who were ALL in the VA line Rev war soldiers for 3 years and seem to be brothers. John and Nicholas were at Fort Jefferson with George Rogers Clark but may have been civilians at the time. All got land grants in Kentucky (Fayette and Jefferson County VA at the time as KY had not been formed in l782 when Fort Jeffrerson was abandoned). I would appreciate any information on them.
