Robert served in Revolutionary War in Culpeper Co, VA and married Hannah JONES in Shenandoah Co, VA in 1793. She was daughter of Thomas JONES. I think they had at least three children: Thomas b. 1795, Mason b. 1800 and Strother b. 1810. There could have been others including daughters. They migrated from VA to Gallatin Co, KY before 1800. Mason married Polly JOHNSTON in Henry Co, KY in 1825 but they lived in Owen Co, KY until their deaths. Polly died in 1860 and Mason in 1883. Polly was daughter of James JOHNSTON of Henry Co.
