Author: Melansongirls4 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.burke/2290.1.1.1.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I did not know this site existed. Hello Patrick Burke, nice to get back in touch with you. Are you responsible for starting the search on the Jamaican Burke line again? I have kept all the info on the Burke Saga you have sent me, and enjoy reading it over and over again. Nice to see that you are still sharing your research with others. I still did not have any luck finding my mothers half sister in England. I think she may have some Jamaican Indian blood in her, since my mothers father (Burke) and my mothers cousins (Burke) all have a strong resemblance to the Indians (tall, slendar, high cheek bones, etc.). I remember you saying that the Irish Burke brothers slaves could have been Indian. Hopefully I can make new progress with this new site. Thanks.
