I found?most of my information on ancestry.com about 4 years ago and a book named "The History of Auburn and Carl".? The book can be found in the Auburn, GA library, I think.? My family received a copy because our family line is in the book.? I haven't looked at this stuff in a while.? There are also a few cemeteries where Burel's are buried that I have visited.
